Aristoleo High Phenolic Gold Medal

Olio Presto received an honorary Gold award for high phenolic EVOO variety. The Aristotle Conference, held in Greece, supports the production of superior High Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Their mission is to identify the healthiest olive oils in the world. The Aristotle awards encourage the diversity of wide variety of olive trees and award these high phenolic varieties for their unique phenolic content.

We were delighted to receive the Gold Honorary award and to be recognized for our high phenolic content. Our trees are nourished by the breeze of the Tyrrhenian Sea. From picking the trees to sorting the olives, everything is done by hand to ensure that only the choicest of olives go into our oil.
